I've decided, since people are always shocked when they find out they are real... To list all the demons I know of and their descriptions. The list is long, but will be in alphabetical order. I will only be able to provide a few pictures. Please do not provoke, tease, or piss any of them off. They are real and they are no joke to mess with. Salt wont save from the wrath of an angry demon.. Only God can thru Jesus' name. Keep that in mind if ever you feel or know a demon is in your presence.
There are many more who are named as well as unnamed. The Greek "gods" were demons who tricked people into worship, sacrifice, and more. The Egyptions also honored and worshiped false "gods" who were merely demons. They all play tricks on us in an everlasting battle to condemn us all to hell. In this day and age they pose as "aliens" to make us question our God and say our creator doesn't exist.
There all types of demons, such as an incubus or an orc, I listed their physical names, ike Gabriel is an "arch angel'.
Demon's are different from spirits as spirits are trapped souls. They don't always look to harm the living, but demons always do. They specialize in...

Aguares – Commands thirty legions of devils in Hell; is also the Grand Duke of Eastern Hell.
Akop – A demon from the Philippines who preys on widowed people.
Alocer – A Grand Duke of Hell who commands thirty-six legions of devils.
Amduscas – A Grand Duke of Hell who commands twenty-nine legions of devils.
Andras – Marquis of Hell who commands thirty legions of devils.
Angul – A demon; from the Philippines, who kills people with an axe.
Apepi – A serpent demon, who in ancient Egypt, was in opposition to the sun god Ra.
Apophis – A serpent demon who stalks at night.
Asmodeus – A devil who was banished to the desert by Raphael.
Astaroth – In hell he is The Lord Treasurer and the Grand Duke of Western Hell.
Astarte – A heathen god; who, is sometimes consigned to Hell.
Aym – A Grand Duke of Hell who commands twenty-six legions of demons; Also known as Haborym.
Ayperos – A Prince of Hell who commands thirty-six legions of devils.
Azazel – Also known as Satanel, he is the Standard Bearer of the armies of Hell.
Azidahaka – The god of witchcraft, from Iran. Has three heads.
Azrael – Muslim “angel of death”.

Baal – Commanding General of the Infernal Armies
Baalberith – Also known as Berith, he is the Chief Secretary of Hell.
Balan – A Prince of Hell.
Bearded – Demon His real name is not revealed so that people do not deal with him when searching for the Philosopher’s Stone.
Beelzebub – Name means the ‘lord of the flies’. A high demon of hell that, is sometimes equated with Satan.
Belial – Also known as Beliel and Beliar. The Prince of Trickery, the Demon of Sodomy and the Antichrist.
Belphegor – The demon of ingenious discoveries and wealth.
Beng – The Roma Gypsy version of Satan.
Buer – Commands fifty legions of devils in Hell.
Bumalin – The Philippines god of the Underworld.

Caym – The Grand President of Hell.
Charon – The boatman of Hell who takes souls across the Styx.
Chax – A Grand Duke of Hell who is also known as Scox.
Chernobog – Slavic demon whose name means ‘the black god’. He brings all things evil at night.
Chemosit – A demon from Kenya who is half man and half bird.
Chu Kwai – Sen Chun A demon from China, the creator of freaks.
Congo Zandor – A Demon worshipped in Haiti.
Cresil – The demon of slovenliness and impurity.

Dagon – The Baker of Hell.

Eblis – The Persian version of Satan. His name means ‘despair’.
Elathan – A Celtic lord of Darkness.
Erebus – A Greek demon who guards the darkness around Hell.
Er Mo – Szechuan King of Demons.
Eurynomus – A Prince of Hell who likes to feed on the dead.

Furfur – A Count of Hell who commands twenty six legions of demons.
G
Geryon – According to Dante, Geryon is a giant centaur who guards Hell.
Grand Bois – A demon from Haiti whose name means ‘big woods’. He is the master of the forests at night.
Guaricana – A devil from Brazil. He is honoured by the Yurimagua by flogging young men until blood flows.

Hatu-Atu-Topun – Also known as Hetu-Ahin, a female demon from Polynesia who stalks twighlight and dawn.
Hecate – Queen of the witches.
Herensugue – An evil serpent from the Basque Country.
I
Ibwa – A demon from the Philippines who feeds on dead bodies.
Ikwaokinyapippilele – A strangely named demon from Panama who causes illness.
Inmai – A demon from Myanmar who bizarrely lives in the post in front of houses and causes people to be inured with thorns.
Irvene – Demon dog who lives on the Canary Islands.
Itzcoliuhqui – A demon god of the Aztecs. He brought cold and destruction.

Jahi – Persian female demon. She specializes in debauchery.
Jezebeth – The demon of falsehoods.
Jilaiya – A demon from India who flies as a bird at night to suck the blood of people. It can only suck the blood from people whose name it has heard.
K
Karau – A demon from Panama who causes death in the world.
Kasdeya – Known as the ‘Fifth Satan’.
Keron-Kenken – An evil spirit from Patagonia. He eats the newborn and drinks the tears of the mothers.
Kobal – Patron of comedians and the Entertainment Director of Hell.
Kok-Lir – A demon from Borneo who prays on men.

Lebara – A Brazilian demon worshipped by the cult of Yoruban.
Leonard – Known in Germany as Urian, he is the Inspector=General of Black Magic and Sorcery.
Leviathan – The androgynous Grand Admiral of Hell who is supposed to have seduced Adam and Eve.
Lilith – The first wife of Adam (before Eve) who become cursed by God, and became a succubus.
Lilitu – An ancient demon connected with Lilith.
Lima – A demon worshipped in Haiti.
Lingelson – A demon worshipped in Haiti.

Mammon – The Demon of Avarice.
Manuval – A demon of the night from New Guinea.
Mastema – The leader of the offspring of fallen angels.
Melchom – A treasurer of Hell.
Mephistopheles – Sometimes described as a servant of the Devil, other times is a name for Satan himself.

Moko-Titi – A hideous lizard demon of the Maori people.
Moloch – A demon from Judaism.

Orusula – Costa Rican demon who appears in the form of a giant pig. His foam gives people a fatal rash.

Po Tangotango – A night demon of the Maori people.
Proserpine – Sometimes known as a princess of Hell.

Thamuz – An Ambassador of Hell.
Tlacatecolototl – A Toltec demon, whose name means ‘rational owl’. Is god of evil and night.
Troian – Baltic demon of the night.

He was pretty much the gypsies version of Satan and O Del was God. It explains it all on that webpage. As for the information I got, I just did research on the web. I was curious so I looked it up. When I said this is based on my beliefs, I was referring to what is good and what is evil. The Bible doesn't name the demons, but only a few, and the stories that spoke of them more were taken out in the late 1800's. The story of "Lilith" being the most well known one. She was the first wife of Adam. She wanted to have the power and the leadership over Adam & God wanted women to be under man, so to speak. So He cursed Lilith and banned her from the garden of Eden. She became the first known Succubus. A Succubus is a female demon (Incubus being the male version) who attacks men and babies while they sleep. Lullaby is actually named that from Lilith. People sang lullabies to ward off Lilith from their children. When a Succubus is present with a man, their are signs... Sexual addictions, wet dreams, commitment problems, unable to reproduce, sexual desires for the same sex, ect. I'm not sure if you ever heard of the video game "World of Warcraft" but they actually use demons thru out the whole game, even some I've named above. "God of War" is another game that has many demons in it as it takes place in Roman times. There are also quite a few movies as well (such as The Olympian). So I have a good amount of knowledge about them thru video games, movies, and even the History Channel. I guess if something sparks my interest, I want to know about it. Okay, now we are understanding each other. So, this is a demon from the Roma culture, not Romanian as I first read.
Now, I see what was going on. Roma are gypsies (it is their official name) and Romanians are ... well, I am Romanian; Dacian in Spirit.
I had to ask because as a Romanian, "Beng" means nothing. I even had to ask relatives last night and everyone was saying the same thing: "Never heard of Beng."
So, you cleared-up the misunderstanding. There are indeed a lot of Roma people in Romania but we have different language, heritage, ancestors, etc. Romanians and Roma people are very different from each other.

Why is Dungeons and Dragons bad?
Drewcifur - It uses demons and mocks them. In a sense you are "controlling" them and they hate anything like that. I use to play "World of Warcraft" and I became very sick from it. Most people don't even realize they are being effecting by demons until they understand what demons are and what they can do. I didn't know it at the time, but I do now. My ex, who I played WOW with, had a succubus with him & soon as I called her out, she broke his Xbox... More idle time. He had a problem with pornography. She didn't want "good" distractions, only bad ones. Toward the end of the relationship, he began to realize it... But never did anything about it.

The photos you attached for this HUB are fantastic. What an incredible list. I've only heard of maybe about 10 of the names listed. And demons can do all that stuff listed in the blue box? They don't seem to be much different from humans. So I hope nobody gets any ideas from reading your HUB that they can commit such acts and blame them on demons. Cause I've heard some folks who have tried that as a defense in court. I just wrote a HUB about witches. Angels are much like humans but "a step above" us so to speak. They have more spiritual power than we do. They are capable of anything Satan is capable of allowing. Just think of it this way... Angels are God's messengers, soldiers, ect. & Demons are Satan's. Demons can corrupt the mind, the body, the spirit and the soul. They can even kill you, spiritually and physically. I would treat demons no differently than Satan. And yes, people blame demons all the time for their problems. Some people, it really is the demons, others.. its just them trying to blame someone or something for their choices to sin, kill, steal, ect. I have been around people who have had demons with them. Once you open your mind and your spirit, God will show you anything you wish to know.. But only when your ready. Demons are no joke. I've been attacked by them and witnessed people possessed by them. One of which tried to kill her own daughter multiple times. Thanks again for reading and commenting!

A good way of learning about them, is to learn the types of demons their are. Just like angels, they all have different purposes. ii3rittles, When I was about eleven, everywhere I went, I felt fear. It was horrible, like it suffocates me. I often have night terrors, and I had woken from one and was about to call for my mom. Before I could do that, I was slammed back and was laying on my bed, unable to move. I couldn't speak and a voice kept telling me it was my fault that my mom almost died, (in childbirth.) It continued for the rest of the night, and only stopped when my mom came in to find my body shaking and almost having a panic attack. I still feel fear and feel as if I am being watched to this day, and I was wondering if you happened to have any advice. Thanks!! :)
Lovebooks - Hi there. Sorry to hear about your encounters. From what I have learned, and experienced, that sounds like a generational demon or a familiar spirit. Has your mother or father experienced anything when they were little? How did it's voice sound? Often times demons are brought onto children and kids at a young age through generational curses. My family actually suffers from some. My mother has a familiar spirit. That demon use to mess with me when I still lived with her. It would knock on my bedroom door and talk like my mother, but tease me. Very scary. Best advice is to cast is away in Jesus Christ's name. It may take time, but don't give up. I had to do this as well. We all have demons who manipulate us, scare us, talk us into things, talk us out of things... There not their for any other purpose then to stop us from living a happy life, or living in general.
There sure are a lot of demons. Demons are horror for sure. I remember when I saw "The Exorcist" and I had read the book, it really scared me alot!! I would never believe in demons, obviously they are evil, horrific, and frightening. I know someone, who is a reborn Christian, and he believes in Christ, too. Panzuzu was the evil demon in The Exorcist that I thought was really scary!!!

They hate everyone, whether we speak of them or not. I am not saying you are wrong, but I would like some more info on this, Where did you hear/read that they will attack those who talk about them? The bible speaks of them.
I am having a very horrible problem. Very wierd things have been happening at my home. Things have been thrown, chairs move by themselves and we are being taken over by huge flies even though we've never had them before. When a paranormal investigator came to our home the spirit said it was demonic, it called itself legion. After reading you're site I guess that legion isn't a demon itself but a group of demons. I need help, I'm scared of my own house!
Hi beccygallion. I want you to first understand that who is ever in charge of the house has the authority to tell them to leave. Bringing in an outside presence can and tends to make demons mad. I have another blog explaining what demons have done to me. "Legion" can also be a name as no one will know 100% of all the demons out there. More times then not, people end up with familiar spirits. They will mock some or all members of the house, using voice, scent, ect., they will play tricks to make you fight inside the home with your spouse/children and more. The only way to get rid of a demon for good is to do what the bible teaches. The head of the home has to take authority in Jesus' name and bind them and cast them out. There's some info here for you.. (http://www.demonbuster.com/) You must take this seriously and understand that they want you hurt or killed. People often will say "Oh, they are harmless"... But as you read, they can cause sickness, disease, break up families, marriages, ect. I hope this helps. If you need anymore help, let me know.

Wow I didn't know that there were so many! This is a great post! I'm so interested in demons and spirits and I hope that one day I can be an investigator for all of this. Should I be concerned that I have said a demon's name? I know that saying the name provokes it but i didn't know that at the time and nothing obviously wrong has happened. I said Abalam repeatedly. Do you know anything about him? He was in The Last Exorcism.
Thanks for your comment Tomieray! There are actually many more. Some have names, some don't, and some names have been forgotten over time. I wouldn't advice on saying their names, especially repetitively. Just because nothing happened, doesn't mean nothing was manifested. It is very dangerous even to speak to them. When I was a little girl, and even still, my mother has a framilar spirit who lives with her. I use to joke around with my friends when it would change the TV channels. I was a little girl, so didn't know any better. It often became angry with me and attacked me thru my brother. He would get so angry at me and he didn't know why. He would hit me, throw things at me, push me down stairs. It was bad that my mother actually had him talk to a child psychiatrist. They can cause all kinds of problems, mentally and physically. People would rather go see a doctor than analyze their lives and take a step back. Certain actions we do and even objects open gateways for demons to come into our lives. Some are from generational curses, such as a disease or mental disorder. I am no place to tell you what to do, just please, think about it before you act on it. Somethings are better left alone.

It is very important for us to know that these devils exist and what they want to do to us and how they can act upon us, but it is also dangerous for one to become overly inquisitive. I have known some people who have had an unhealthy fascination with demons, within a Christian context, and through this fascination or obsession evil began to manifest itself in their lives.
Please resist the temptation to seek hypnosis and alternative therapies...this is just another Satanic doorway that leads to bondage. If you are in need of help, cover yourself in the prayers of the Saints and call upon the name of the Lord...not shrinks, hypnotists, accupuncturists, palm readers, numerologists, diviners, fortune tellers and so on and so forth.
Please be careful, precious one, it is a dangerous world out there and you have got to know who your friends really are.

I know what you mean, believe me! I posted this because many of my struggles I often threw to the medical world, when in fact, many of our problems are demons effecting us. I shared this so people can understand this. I don't have a fascination with them and don't want them near me. I have had a few close encounters and I never want them again! Many people fall victim to "new age" treatment and lifestyle and this is a demons specialty. I came close to getting acupuncture done but never did it. My mother actually gets it done but she has horrible demons with her that live in her home. I don't know how many their are but she always yells at them and says they are harmless. This is a HUGE mistake many people make. They can attack out bodies and minds. Even our spirits if they are not right with God. As you said, the war is not of the flesh.

It is sorely unfortunate that every single name represented here is of pagan origin -mostly ba`al practices.
Torah (and Zohar) never mention demons even existing; nor an entity created named Satan nor Lucifer. However, the verb/term ha-satan is well noted in both, as well as the compiled 'gospels' and letters.
The word demon comes from the Greek mythological word for a good spirit: dæmon. note the a-e combo. When the texts were translated to modern Latin, then Anglican, the a-e was dropped and just the "e" used.
In short, there are no such thing as demons.
In Hebrew, anything "unclean" was defined as ha-satan, like the man who had schizophrenia who called himself legion and many others with afflictions, etc. Ha-satan is anything that is adverse to the true spiritual nature of a person: a perfect reflection of the sum-substance of creation: the manifestation of Creator.
I have studied deeply the concept of demonology -had to for biblical school- and discovered there were no such things, even as the "demon casters" and "demon hunters" came and went.
Apart from this, ask a very real question: why would Creator allow these messengers of light to just suddenly up and turn 'evil' when they have zero choice/free will, only responding to His Ruach (word) and put at the helm the worst enemy of man aka Lucifer/Satan, yet never mention 'him/it' in complete detail to his most awesome creation -humans; and then force we perfect being to do battle with these things -which would certainly distract us from our spiritual walk with Him.
If this were a hub on pagan deities, I probably wouldn't have responded, but you put it into religious context, which is somewhat dangerous and defeats the purpose of freedom of spirit...

Thanks for the comment James... I am not really sure what you are saying here..??? So demons are not real? What exactly has attacked me in the past, an angel? And also, angels have free will as do we. God does not want mindless humans or angels who love Him because that's all they know. He let it be a choice to follow and love Him or to turn away. No man walking this earth will be able to fully understand why God let Satan go and not destroy him where he stood, and no one will know why He also allowed 3/4's of the angels to leave with him, until one meets with God. For you to say demons are not real makes me question where you stand spiritually. I did not make this to help people become demon hunters, or even because I am one, but simply to show people that they are real and whether their names are pagan or not does not make a difference.
If demons and "Satan" were not real, whats the point of God telling us about a war in the Bible? How can you have a war with only good and no evil? I honestly do not understand how you can possibly feel there are only angels and not demons. Regardless of what we call them, demons, fallen angels, ect. they are STILL evil creatures that work against God.
Also, "Lucifer" is a meaning not a name which was misinterpreted in the Holy Bible.
Again, it is a pleasure and truly a privilege, to be able to respond to your writing. but, as a former minister and trained in demonology -among other things- feel compelled to explain what it was your experienced.
Firstly, are you aware that demons do not appear in ANY of the Torah or Zohar texts? We are talking about nearly 5000 years of Hebrew history? that is quite a long period of time. Demons do not appear in text until the late 14th century, when the present translation of the 'Gospels and Letters were 'finalized', during the dark ages.
"God", which is also a pagan title, does not mention a war between humanity and these would be 'free will' angels. In fact, no where in the text is there a supported event of fallen angels, nor a war between angels nor 'fallen angels' and humanity. No where -not even Johns revealing. A letter which emphatically begins and ends as being the unraveled mystery of Y`shua Moshiach. (Rev 1.1) But even still, looking at the latter we see whatever battle took place, was ended at the first resurrection. (Rev 20.5)
It was not until the late 14th century, with the Roman-Anglican church rewrite, that the deadly sins or said entities came into being.
No such creatures work against "God" save the human mind -which is the result of the Adamic Inception (acceptance of the Knowledge of right-wrong/good-evil).
Demons never existed and do not exist even in mosaic right, nor Prophecy, nor history.
As a person who has actually been called on to "fight and rid" homes of said entities, I can confirm no such existence. to be thoroughly honest, the persons who asked me to perform "demon casting" were some of the highest ranking persons in the ministries I attended.
Satan is not real by title or entity, but real by adjective: ha-satan, to oppose the knowledge of Spirit, of Truth. This is the actual Hebrew translation: to oppose; to be adverse (adversary) to challenge, to thwart the path (thinking of); to oppress the freedom of; to be at odds, defy, negate; deflect; disrupt; coerce; sway the heart of; to make clean unclean.
So the pagan terms make all the difference !!!!
Christians have been worshiping/entertaining -or rather fearing- pagan based stories.
I can prove this to you, if needs be; Even if I must travel to your location to prove it to you.
Do you realize the only creature given this power to will is humanity -see Genesis "Day Six" if you do not believe me.
Surely, ha-satan has effected man, but only becauuse man has created Hollywood ideas that the likes of Jack Van Impe, Smith Wigglesworth, Amy Simple McPhearson, John G Lake, Lester Sumrall (who was the founding pastor of the ministry I was trained under: World Harvest/Rhema Bible College).
If you truly are a demon hunter, then perhaps we should meet, because I know well what you have experienced and what many dear friends also experienced -defined as attacks. All said and done, after their courtship and my humble observance, proved no such things attacked them; what happened to them was defined as a moment of harvest. A harvest from a seed they never realized was sown/planted in them, until they allowed that seed to take root and manifest precisely what they thought -what they envisioned to be a demon.
as of late, all of them have been healed of this seed -ripped out of them, and their hearts restored to peace. A peace I cannot even begin to put words to...
Spiritually, where I stand would baffle the best of religions. Because I know the One who is All Things; His anointing is actually i me and what I have come to see and feel and understand cannot be expressed in words alone. It took a lot of years, because of my own ha-satan resistance to His gentle Spirit. If I could go back and do it all over again, what I wouldn't give to do so.
Please, do not be angry or puzzled by my comments, I am merely expressing real and practical experience that defies religion, science and every working element of theology.

So... The bible, such as the King James Version has been misinterpreted? And "Satan" is actually our own sin, not an actual demon? What about hell and heaven? I'm sorry but this is a lot and I can't make sense of half of it! lol Have you read the actual Hebrew context bible? Yes, the KJV, etc, have parts missing and parts misinterpreted. From Hebrew to Greek; Greek to Latin; Latin to Anglican (Old English).
ha-satan is not an entity, it is defined as ego (the human mind) which opposes or is adverse to our genuine nature: a creation of united heaven-earth.

Interesting article, read nothing like it before. I am a Christian and believe like you believe. There is a war coming and it is good vs evil. You hit it on the head, believing in the Lord through Jesus Christ is the only way to fight evil.

Researched about them. I also learned about some thru my aunt. I was curious to see which ones were effecting my life and why they did what they did. I don't aim to communicate them. I just wanted them out of my life. The purpose of sharing this hub was to give people better knowledge about the things (demons/cursed,ect) that may be effecting their lives.

This is a pretty interesting blog. I didn't even dream that there would be so many names for demons and specializations for spirits.
"Beng – The Romanian Gypsy version of Satan." - Do you have any details on this? As in where you got the information from and/or what the name of "Beng" means and its use/context?
"Anytime you par-take in the following, you par-take in demon rituals and activity and set yourself up for attacks..." - This was interesting too: the whole part.
You wrote that the information is based from your beliefs in the Holy Bible. Are all those Demons listed in the Bible?
